NOTICE: Excess Workers Compensation Insurance - Claims

Further to an arrangement between Employers Reinsurance Corporation (now owned by Swiss Reinsurance America Corporation) and Parapet Underwriters Inc., effective January 1, 2010 all further correspondence on previously reported claims and all notices of new or potential claims pertaining to ERC policies should be sent directly to:
